Get to know the members of our development team!
Below are short bios of the four senior Computer Science Students from Texas Christian University (Fort Worth, Texas) who designed and implemented the RAFTER Software as their Senior Capstone Project as well as a bio for the team's client and business analyst.

Jim Pfluger
Team Lead, DBA
Jim is a senior Computer Science major at TCU from Portland, Oregon. He has a wide variety of experience and enjoys programming and being lazy in his free time. He is neither a dog nor a robot.
Kiet Nguyen
UI Deisgner
Kiet is a senior Computer Science International student from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Apart from doing front-end development on this project, his main activities revolve around watching Netflix and checking out cool diners.
Connor Cox
Product Manager
Connor is a senior Computer Science major from Austin, Texas. He enjoys swimming, climbing, and socializing in his free time. Connor was the presentation specialist of the group.
Kaitlin Hendrick
Project Manager
Kaitlin is a Computer Science major, with business and math minors, from Odessa, Texas. When she is not studying, Kaitlin enjoys long walks along the Trinity river and watching the SciFi channel.
Nicole Wilson
Business Analyst/Client
Nicole is a PhD candidate with the TCU Department of Geology. She enlisted the help of the TCU Computer Department to create a web application to showcase her research and make it accessible to geologists across the world.
